i <3 the pitt resnet people

on tuesday afternoon i took my laptop to one of pitt's computer guys. i have to say that he did an awesome job. as soon as he sat down, he immediately was able to access my files and saved them all for me. this took all of 10 minutes (most of which consisted of me trying to remember where i kept everything). then he wiped the hard drive, reinstalled windows and office and firefox(including all my bookmarks) and all the drivers to run everything on my computer. all of this took less than an hour and cost me nothing. these guys rule!
